Sensory analysis

An intense red garnet color. On the nose, it shows itself with its elegant bouquet of sweet spices and ripe berries. On the palate, it’s supple, persuasive, intense. Perfectly mature tannins and long persistence.

Glorious with any strong-savory dish: mature and ripened cheeses, red meat recipes, game meats. It is peerless with traditional Piedmontese recipes such as braised beef and Bollito Misto. Also excellent with Bra cheese.
