Description

This late-harvest wine is organically processed both in vineyard and in cellar and it comes out of 60 years old grapevines. It ferments in steel on indigenous lees and it matures 6 months in steel and 2 months in bottle so as to acquire its aromaticity and structure.

Sensory analysis

Intense straw golden yellow color. On the nose, citrusy notes with an almondy finish. In the mouth, it is intense and dry with a rich aromatic mix and a lingering finish.

To be opened half an hour prior to serving, it is remarkable with any seafood and white meat recipe. Delightful with fresh and blue cheeses.
