Description
Created in 2012, it is named after Serpentinite, a rock that is found in the local soils of Castiglioncello. This organic wine carries all the minerality and sapidity offered by the sea-overlooking vineyards. A wonderful winery.
Sensory analysis
A beautiful and bright straw yellow color, it reaches the nose with elegant hints of yellow fruits and wildflowers. The mouth perceives the long-lingering fresh iodized sea breeze.
I’Garage recommends
A food pairing versatile wine, it goes perfectly well with any seafood recipe, including shellfish, as well as with white meats. Have a try with prawn and ginger linguine!
