Sensory analysis

Straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it’s intense with delicate floral and fruity scents. On the palate it’s fresh and full-bodied with a light finish of bitter almond.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with pasta, risotto, soups, fish dishes and white meat recipes.
