Sensory analysis

It shows a beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues, as well as an abundant and very fine bead. On the nose, it is intense with hints of pear and exotic fruit, along with tertiary notes of bread crust and vanilla. The attack in the mouth is of good structure, genuine and fine, with a great persistence and a slightly spicy finish.
