A great white wine or, better said, a red wine in disguise. This “Vigneti Massa” always delivers new surprises, making impossible to list it in a specific typology. Ready but not yet fully mature, it promises great satisfaction over time.

Sensory analysis

Straw color with distinct golden hues. Intense and elegant on the nose, with a dominance of vegetal and mineral notes, then followed by hints of honey and flowers. Full-bodied and extremely mouth-filling, it balances itself with distinct freshness and sapidity. Extraordinarily long, it finishes with a pleasant bitter note.

Definetly enjoyable with seafood-based pastas, risottos and soups. Great with raw fish. Its sapidity and freshness also allow less conventional pairings like mature and ripened cheeses.
