The screw cap preserves the wine from oxidation, maintaining all the characteristics of its staying on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel. The recurring bâttonages give this wine a mineral and citrusy pleasant note.

Sensory analysis

Clear and transparent, it reveals a bouquet of citrus and fresh flowers accompanied by a mineral note. The mouth is fresh, sapid and fairly persistent.
