This wine is the result of both volcanic soils and more than 40 years old grapevines. It is vinified at controlled temperature only when needed, and it ages on the lees for several months so as to acquire its structured roundness.
A beautiful and bright straw yellow color, it carries a fresh floral and fruity bouquet, along with a distinct mineral note. Well-structured, dry and slightly sapid, it finishes with a light almondy note.
An excellent partner with white meat and fish dishes. Ideal with shellfish.
