Sensory analysis

In the glass, an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. On the nose, elegant scents of ripe cherry and violet followed by tobacco, rhubarb and dark spices. On the palate, it’s warm and supple yet sapid and mineral with a remarkable persistence on the finish.
