Sensory analysis

A deep golden-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals notes of dried apricot and mature fruit on a distinct mineral undertone.  On the palate, it is dry, complex and structured with freshness and sapidity.

I’Garage recommends

A magnificent companion with white meat dishes and mature/ripened cheeses.
