Fortulla Pelagico

Description

Pelagico, from the Greek “hills that dive into the sea”, comes from a parcel of clay soil that is rich in fragmented limestone.  Petit Manseng is a French grape variety typical of Jurançon,  characterized by particularly small berries with a thick skin, which produce a small quantity of quality must.

Sensory analysis

A deep golden-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals notes of dried apricot and mature fruit on a distinct mineral undertone.  On the palate, it is dry, complex and structured with freshness and sapidity.
