Description

After 12 hours of skin-contact maceration, it vinifies and matures in both steel and wood. The resulting wine is extremely complex without loosing its varietal and “terroir” specifics.

Sensory analysis

Straw yellow color with slight golden hues. On the nose, it’s complex yet very elegant with its notes of yellow peach and exotic fruits. The round mouthfeel is elegantly supported by a marked minerality.
