Obtained by grapes, carefully selected by this South Tyrolean winery in the Isarco Valley, this wine ferments in both steel and wood, sitting on its fine lees for 8 months. The result is definitely elegant, thanks to its balanced suppleness and freshness.
Intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with aromas of citrus, white fruit and fresh herbs. On the palate it’s fresh, supple, slightly sapid and it finishes with a pleasant scent of mint.
This Sauvignon is an ideal partner with fish tartare and with any appetizer. It also matches shellfish pasta and vegetable risotto to perfection.
