Description

The grapes are hand-picked, gently destemmed and then fermented with only their natural yeasts, with skin-contact for about 15 days. It matures in new (10%) and 2nd passage (90%) French oak barrique. The harmony of the Tuscan coast in a glass!ntain wine of great personality and expressiveness that comes from vines grown on large slopes dominated by a harsh climate. Enveloping and elegant.

Sensory analysis

Intense ruby red color. On the nose, it’s fruity and sweet with the typical notes of mature Cabernet Franc, which provide this wine with a strong identity. All this enriched by the perfect combination with Cabernet Sauvignon. In the mouth, the tannins are smooth, silky, persuasive and gifted with sweetness and harmony.
