Description

The elegance of a great variety in the great terroir of Bolgheri. A wine always capable of uplifting emotions.The grapes are hand-picked, gently destemmed and then fermented with only their natural yeasts, with skin-contact for about 20 days. It matures in new (50%) and 2nd passage (50%) French oak barrique. A beautiful expression of pure Cabernet Franc!

Sensory analysis

An intense ruby red color. On the nose, it’s widely fruity with notes of cherry and currant on an undertone of spicy hints. The mouthfeel is elegant with its sweet and silky tannins and a distinguished and extremely pleasant finish.

It’s absolutely great with both red meats and cheeses. Definitely worth a try with some fish-based recipes of the local cuisine.
