Sensory analysis
A golden yellow color. On the nose, it exudes ripe fruit on a light toasted whiff. On the palate, it’s structured and incredibly round albeit underpinned by a beautiful freshness, which makes it really balanced and elegant. A very long finish.

Enjoyable through the whole dinner, it’s superlative with structured dishes and savory recipes such as liver and lamb.
