Sensory analysis

A ruby red color to garnet. On the nose, small red fruits such as raspberry, red currant and cherry on an undertone of tertiary aromas such as vanilla and spices coming from wood-aging. On the palate, it’s structured and elegant with velvety tannins and a lingering finish.

I’Garage recommends

Excellent with barbecue dishes, wild game and medium mature/ripened cheeses.
