Description

After producing Pourriture Noble and cultivating international grape varieties, this winery has created a traditionally vinified white wine that sits on its fine lees for 6 months. A beautiful Italian expression of international varieties.

Sensory analysis

An intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it shows itself as an intense and aromatic wine with hints of yellow fruit, citrus, and yellow flowers along with balsamic and mineral notes. The mouth is structured and elegant, reaffirming an aftertaste of pleasant notes of yellow fruit.
