Description

This wine originate from local Barbera along with international Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, skillfully processed in Renato Ratti’s cellars. Even though resting in second and third passage barrique for 1 year, the gentleness of its aromas and the smoothness of its sip make it really seductive.

Sensory analysis

Intense and clear ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals its complexity given by an undertone of tertiary aromas, such as spices and licorice, alternating with notes of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, it’s full bodied and round yet distinctly fresh. Lingering on the finish.

Excellent for the whole meal, it pairs very well with medium and mature cheeses and meat-based recipes, including pasta. Outstanding with Bollito Misto!
