From the Cabreo estates, located on the hills of Greve in Chianti, this wine is processed at controlled temperature (26/28°C 79/82°F) in stainless steel tanks with skin-contact maceration for about 20 days. It matures in new, 1st and 2nd passage French oak barrels for 18 months, then resting in bottle for an extra 6 months.
