Description

From this long-term family-run vineyard, a pure Pinot Noir made of carefully selected grapes. It ferments with skin-contact for 3 weeks, with daily punchdowns. After malolactic fermentation and before bottling, it ages in barrique for 12 months and in steel for a further 7 months. For connoisseurs!

Sensory analysis

Red ruby color. On the nose, scents of leather and red fruits as well as notes of vanilla from its aging in barrique. On the palate, full and warm with a very long finish.
