From the first winery ever to have vinified a single Barolo cru back to 1965, you wouldn’t expect anything less than excellence. And once again, this Renato Ratti’s Red is a top-of-the-range wine, with its sumptuous nose and its structured yet balanced palate. An everlasting wine that will deliver great satisfaction over time.
Typical red garnet color. It reaches the nose in an intense a fine way with its notes of flowers, fruit and spices all perfectly blended together. The mouthfeel is structured yet fine thanks to its velvety tannins.
It’s excellent with spit-roasted meats and with game-based recipes. It pairs very well with mature and ripened cheeses. To be greatly enjoyed with a roast veal with hazelnuts.
