Sensory analysis

Typical red garnet color. It reaches the nose in an intense a fine way with its notes of flowers, fruit and spices all perfectly blended together. The mouthfeel is structured yet fine thanks to its velvety tannins.

It’s excellent with spit-roasted meats and with game-based recipes. It pairs very well with mature and ripened cheeses. To be greatly enjoyed with a roast veal with hazelnuts.
