Sensory analysis
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, it ranges from primary aromas of small wild berries, cherry and green pepper to wonderful tertiaries such as licorice, leather and spices. On the palate, it’s intense, structured with lively tannins and a very long finish.
I’Garage recommends
Unrivalled with any typical Tuscan recipe such as red meat stews, ragout or wild game pasta. Great with mature and ripened cheeses.
