Dedicated to Henri Anselmet’s grandfather, this wine is the result of the best grapes of the vintage. After being harvested, the grapes rest at low temperature for 48 hours, then fermenting in steel. It matures in French wood casks (500 liters) for 22 months, then in bottle for a further 6 months. A wine that is definitely suitable for aging.
